IronMen is a safe and welcoming space where men can come together to build strong brotherhood, lasting friendships, and a foundation of accountability. We believe that men play a crucial role in God’s church, and at One Life, we are committed to empowering men of all ages to step into their God-given potential. Our vision for a healthy church includes raising up and discipling men who are grounded in Christ, strengthening not just the church but their families, communities, and relationships.

What is the purpose of the Iron Men men's ministry?
The Iron Men ministry is designed to bring men together for fellowship, spiritual growth, and accountability. Our goal is to create a strong brotherhood where men can support each other in their faith journeys, encourage one another through life’s challenges, and grow as leaders in their homes, workplaces, and communities.
How can I get involved in Iron Men?
There are many ways to get involved with Iron Men! You can attend our weekly or monthly events, join small groups, or participate in special activities and outreach opportunities. To get started, simply reach out via email, join our online group through the One Life app, or attend our next meeting or event. We're excited to have you join us!
Do I need to be a member of One Life Church to join?
No, you do not need to be a member of One Life Church to join IronMen. We are open to all men who are looking for support, growth in their faith, and a strong community of like-minded individuals.
Do I need to bring food to an Iron Men breakfast event?
No, you don't need to bring food! We provide all the meals at our Iron Men breakfast events. However, if you'd like to bring something to share, it's always welcome and appreciated!
