Thank you for honoring our community with your services and joining our vendor list for this year's high anticipated Harvest Festival!
Here is what to expect as a vendor in this year's event:
- 10' x 10' designated area for your setup
- Prime exposure at the front of the event grounds
- 400+ attendees expected
- One 6 ft. table and two chairs provided (tablecloth not included)
REMINDERS!
- Tents will not be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own
- Vendor fee is non-refundable
- Displays and products must align with our faith-based values
- Setup begins at 10:00 AM and must be completed by 12:00 PM
- The event concludes promptly at 3:30 PM
- No political materials or propaganda are permitted
- Stall assignments will be distributed the week before the festival
