Thank you for honoring our community with your services and joining our vendor list for this year's high anticipated Harvest Festival! 

Here is what to expect as a vendor in this year's event:
  • 10' x 10' designated area for your setup
  • Prime exposure at the front of the event grounds
  • 400+ attendees expected
  • One 6 ft. table and two chairs provided (tablecloth not included)
REMINDERS!
  • Tents will not be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own
  • Vendor fee is non-refundable
  • Displays and products must align with our faith-based values
  • Setup begins at 10:00 AM and must be completed by 12:00 PM
  • The event concludes promptly at 3:30 PM
  • No political materials or propaganda are permitted
  • Stall assignments will be distributed the week before the festival

STALL ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE SENT ON THE WEEK OF THE FESTIVAL!
